I have been a patent with this practice for several years mostly with good service. but on my first visit i received a long lecture on losing weight or i may get diabetes. not impressed, diagnosed type 1 diabetes 3 years earlier. Asked to change my appointment at Brockham to see specialist diabetes nurse. weighted 1hr plus, asked & told nurse has seen another in my place? When i did see this nurse she treated me for type 2 diabetes not type 1??. more recently having a lot of problems with repeat prescriptions. Wrong item issued. item removed from prescription. item not issue at all x2 . when checked each time it was clearly ordered this is all in the last 2 months many apologizes & corrected. but the root cause has not been addressed
